Life abroad can be full of contrasts — beautiful and exciting on the outside, yet confusing, lonely, or draining underneath. You may long for a sense of calm, clarity, or feeling at home within yourself. When everything around you changes, even your inner stability can feel uncertain.
I’m Cat — a nature-based coach and somatic trauma therapist, as well as a wife and mother. I’m also a registered psychosocial therapist (NFG). I work with expats who want to reconnect with themselves, find emotional steadiness, and feel at home again — both in their new surroundings and in their own bodies.
Depending on your needs, we work in two ways, where nature helps you slow down, breathe, and gain perspective. Others happen indoors, in a calm, private space where body-oriented trauma therapy offers depth and safety for processing what feels too heavy to carry alone.
With over twenty years of experience in the social field, and a background in body-oriented trauma therapy, I bring together nature’s grounding presence and trauma-informed care. Together, we explore what your body already knows — so you can release tension, rebuild trust in yourself, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Nature-Based Coaching

Our sessions take place outdoors — walking, sitting, or reflecting in nature — where fresh air and open space help your thoughts settle. Together, we explore what’s holding you back, reconnect with your values, and create steady steps toward balance and clarity.
Somatic Trauma Therapy
For when you’re ready to go deeper and address the emotional or physical effects of stress, burnout, or trauma.
These sessions take place indoors, in a calm and private setting, where body-based awareness and gentle guidance help release what words alone can’t reach. You’ll learn to listen to your body’s signals, build safety from within, and restore your natural resilience.
